Hello! Yes, It's me. I know its been a while. I've been over-working as usual, so it wasn't until I got sick that I've had time to do some crafty stuff. hehe.
Here is my submission for Kristina's Readers' Choice Color Inspiration Challenge No. 3.
For this card I decided to bust out my good old (and I mean OLD) letter stencils. I cut out LOVE from 4 different sheets of purple and green patterned paper from a DCWV Floral Print Mat Stack. A different patterned paper was overlaid in the areas where the letters overlapped. Then I added a little heart and stamped an "XO" in brown ink.
I would like to say that it was super easy to whip up, but man...cutting it all out and getting the placement right took me a while. I guess I'm spoiled by having a Cricut. hehe. Anywho, I love the stencil font and how the card turned out. I'm so happy that I was able to use some stuff that has been in my stash for a while (The mat stack has a price sticker from Tall Mouse, which hasn't been in my hood for the past 5+ years...yeeps!).
Thanks for stopping by!

That is so neat! It's very interesting and pretty, yet it's got a simplicity about it too.
