Two fully charged pieces of technology that I can't live without: My Blackberry and my iPod Touch

Breakfast every morning consists of a protein shake made of Milk, When Protein, and a Meal Replacement shake

Lunch break at home to let the dogs out. Sammie decides he wants to lay out in the sun for a little while (like he did yesterday).

Cooled off the dogs' water with some crushed ice on this hot day.

Lunch consisted of a Chicken Sandwich and some chips. I use a small plate so that everything looks bigger and more substantial. hehe.

Leaving work at 5:30pm and its still 88 degrees out.
