Project 365: Week One

01.02. Lighting Up. My sister and my brother-in-law came home from spending the holidays in China. I got this cool phone chain that lights up whenever my phone gets an incoming signal. So many colors. hehe. I am a totally Crackberry Head. There is a sense of panic that comes over me if my phone is low on battery, when the service is bad, or when there are Blackberry Blackouts. The only complaint I have is that there is no where for me to put this cell phone charm on my phone...I guess it wouldn't look very professional, huh?

01.03. Blank Page. I went to Church with my parents. It's been a while. I'm working on it. I feel inspired to get the One Year Bible. Maybe next time.

01.04. Bhoo and Sammie. Brothers from the same liter, but totally different in appearance and personality. Bhoo is a "medium" sized white and grey dog who is laid back, a picky eater, barely barks, sometimes howls, hates mornings, love naps and a good belly rub. Sammie is a "small" sized sandy blonde who is high energy, has been known to eat everything including toys, always barks for attention, almost never sleeps, and loves to cuddle and burrow.

01.05. Diamond Jamboree. Guppy House vent session with my girls followed by some people watching and yummy milk tea and pastries from 85 degrees bakery. Guppy House made me feel a little old. Everyone there is soooo young. I was over it once the brick toast with mango ice cream hit the table. YUM.

01.06. My Dream Man. My friend was randomly doing some Mad Libs and sharing her funny and somewhat dirrty (yes with two arraas) Mad Libs results. I went online and found me a knock off version called "Mad Glibs". The one titled "My Dream Man" caught my attention so I played along. This is a screen shot of my results (does that count as a picture?). I especially like the the part about me urging him to "tip his zucchini and to take my spleen when crossing the street". You know he's a keeper when he does that for a girl. LOL.

01.07. Grilled Cheese. This has got to be my best batch of grilled cheeses yet. I'm sure my brother thinks so as well because he ate three of them. I swear that boy can eat almost a whole loaf of bread in one sitting. How do boys do it? And why can they lose weight so much faster? WHY?

01.08. All the pretty felt. I wanted to buy some felt to make some felt flower embellishments. Before going straight to buying, decided to take stock on the stuff that I had when I found a whole mess of felt in a box under my bed.  A few Christmases back I had bought a TON of felt, made a bunch of mini stockings to pass out at work and then promptly forgot about the rest of the felt. I was not expecting to have so much and in so many colors. Now I can use that money for something else..hehe.
